Privacy Policy

Sebastiaan Rexwinkel, trading as ACE AI Solutions, of Veerpolderstraat 26 6833 BP Arnhem The Netherlands, is the data controller for reachable. This policy explains what we hold, why, and who else processes it.
What we collect
- Your email address — the only account identifier. We do not store passwords; sign-in uses one-time links.
- Business information you provide — property name, location, services, and the answers you give during the interview.
- Listing content you paste — the text of listings you want reviewed, plus any URLs you supply.
- Assessments and rewrites produced for you, and which drafts you accepted or rejected.
- Subscription status received from Paddle. We never see or store your card details.
- Server logs — request metadata and errors, kept briefly for debugging and security.
We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. The only cookie set is the one that keeps you signed in.
Why we hold it
To provide the service you asked for — the legal basis is performance of our contract with you. Server logs and abuse prevention rest on our legitimate interest in keeping the service working and secure. Where we rely on consent, such as optional product emails, you can withdraw it at any time.
Who else processes it
We use the following processors. Each handles data only on our instructions.

Worth being explicit about:the listing text and business details you provide are sent to Anthropic’s models in the United States in order to generate assessments and rewrites. Transfers outside the EEA rely on Standard Contractual Clauses. Do not paste personal data about guests, staff or third parties into the service — it is not needed and we ask you not to.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use your content to train AI models.
How long we keep it
Account and business data for as long as your account exists. Delete your account and we remove it within 30 days, except where we must keep records longer — Paddle retains transaction records for tax purposes independently of us. Server logs are kept for a short period only.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request a copy of your data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to processing, and receive it in a portable format. Email aceaisolutionsinfo@gmail.com and we will respond within one month.
If you believe we have handled your data improperly you may complain to your national supervisory authority — in the Netherlands, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Changes
We will update this page when our processing changes, and email you before any material change takes effect.
