What the service does

reachable reviews listings you publish on third-party platforms — Booking.com, Google Business Profile and others — and produces two things: an assessment identifying weaknesses, and proposed replacement copy written from facts you have confirmed.

It is an advisory tool. It does not publish anything on your behalf, does not connect to your platform accounts, and cannot change your live listings. Applying a rewrite is always a deliberate act by you, in the platform’s own interface.

What it does not promise

We do not guarantee more bookings, higher rankings, or any commercial outcome. Listing performance depends on price, photography, seasonality, reviews, competition and platform algorithms we neither control nor see.

Output is generated by AI models and can contain mistakes. You are responsible for reading anything before publishing it. Do not publish claims about your property you cannot substantiate — accuracy of your live listings remains yours alone, as does compliance with the terms of each platform you publish on.

Your account

You need an email address to sign in; we use one-time links rather than passwords. Keep access to that mailbox secure, since anyone who can read it can sign in as you. One subscription covers one property.

You must be at least 18 and using the service for a business you own or are authorised to represent.

Payment

Orders are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the merchant of record and reseller for all purchases. Paddle handles payment, invoicing and applicable sales tax or VAT, and their buyer terms apply to the transaction itself.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval you chose until you cancel. Prices are shown inclusive of tax where applicable and may change with at least 30 days’ notice; a price change never alters what you are charged for a period already paid for.

Cancelling

You may cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

We may suspend or end an account that abuses the service, attempts to circumvent limits, or uses it to produce misleading or unlawful content. Where we do, we refund the unused remainder of the current period.

Your content and ours

Listing text and business details you provide remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service on your behalf: to store that content, and to send it to the AI providers listed in our Privacy Policy in order to produce assessments and rewrites.

Copy generated for you is yours to publish, modify or discard. The software, prompts and interface remain ours.

Liability

Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud. Subject to that, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before it arose, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost bookings, or indirect loss.

The service is provided as-is. We aim to keep it available but do not promise uninterrupted operation, and third-party outages are outside our control.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email before they take effect, and continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept them.

These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands. If you are a consumer, this does not remove protections you have under the law of your own country.
